We have put together this guide to help you plan your matchday and ensure you make the most of every visit, whether it is your first time or you are a seasoned regular.
This is a general guide but two days before each fixture it will be updated with matchday specific information.
When planning your visit make sure you visit this guide two days before the fixture so you know what is happening on the day.
As a Member or ticket purchaser, you will also receive a pre-match email the day before the match with team news, travel and weather information and details of the off-pitch entertainment you can enjoy.
Tickets should be purchased in advance from tickets.quins.co.uk and can be sent to you by email as a Print at Home ticket or by post. Tickets may also be collected from Gate 5 on matchday. Occasionally a limited number of seats will be available for purchase from the Ticket Office on the day but we highly recommend purchasing beforehand to avoid disappointment.
Tickets should not be purchased from any resale platforms, such as Viagogo, StubHub or others. We do not accept tickets purchased through third parties and cannot guarantee they will be genuine.
You will require a physical ticket to gain entry to the stadium, so please ensure you have printed your Print at Home ticket before arriving at The Stoop. Failure to print your e-ticket may result in being charged a fee for your ticket to be printed at the Ticket Office. We do not currently support mobile tickets.
We have two Official Stores at the stadium but if you would like to show your colours on arrival you can choose from our extensive range at shop.quins.co.uk.
As of the 2018/19 season, The Stoop is now a cashless venue for food and beverages and we accept all major payment types including Card Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Harlequins eCash Membership payments
The Stoop does not have any ATMs available for cash withdrawal on matchday.
Rugby is a family sport and we welcome supporters of all ages. Supporters bringing children in pushchairs can fold them and place them against pitch perimeter boards during the match. We ask that they remain in your sight from your seat. A number of baby-changing facilities are available around the venue. Please see the Stoop Map part of this guide for more information.
Almost all seats in the stadium are protected from the elements, though supporters in the first few rows of each stand may get wet in the event of rain, depending on the strength and direction of any wind. We allow umbrellas into the venue but ask you to consider other spectators when using them.
All bags are subject to checks before they enter the stadium. Please note we are unable to allow entry to people with bags containing aerosols or flammable materials.
We are able to hold a limited number of bags for those supporters directly coming from, or returning to, an airport. They must be registered with us before matchday. Please contact email@example.com to register interest.

There will be plenty to do for supporters of all ages in the build up to the match.
Visit one of our Official Stores, where you can find a wide range of items for men, women and children. Also, two Harlequins players will be in Shop 1 between 12:30 – 13:00 for a sign & meet session so make sure you bring your autograph book.
For the younger Harlequins Supporters, face painters, Santa’s Grotto, a jumping castle and a number of other Christmas activities will be set up in the Kings Bar to keep younger fans entertained before the match and as usual the DHL back row will be in operation providing games and activities up until half time.
The winners of the Harlequins Foundation “Mighty Draw” will take place at half time. Make sure you are in your seats as we hit the magic buzzer and draw the lucky winners.
Following the players’ post-match lap of the pitch, you can head to the King’s Bar to grab a post match drink before before enjoying Post Match Band: The Rock Doctors who will play until the close of the bar at 5pm.
The Stoop is our home and in partnership with our supporters these are the behaviours that we are proud to uphold.

South West Corner
You will find the largest selection and variety of cuisines in the South West Corner, with the Burger Container, Fish and Chips and The Smokehouse all open.
Behind the South Stand
Home to firm favourite Mac and More, serving hot and freshly prepared Mac and Cheese with a range of toppings, alongside our exciting new gourmet addition to The Stoop, Quack Duck Wraps. Nearby you’ll find our craft beer bar where you will find something to accompany whatever you’re eating.
The North Village
Behind the North Stand you will find our Pizza van and a number of other food and drink options to keep your taste buds satisfied for 80 minutes for an afternoon at the Rugby.
Gate 1 – The Jason Leonard Gate
Here you’ll find the Burger Shop and the ever popular Jolly Hog Cabin serving a selection of outdoor bred, RSPCA assured and gluten free sausages, bacon and pork products which have become a staple part of the rugby fan diet over the past few years.
The largest bar at The Stoop is the King’s Bar which can be found in the DHL stand and the recently renamed Honours Bar (formerly Members’ Bar) in the West Stand, which is open to all supporters for the Ealing match. In addition to a number of other external bars and coffee carts around the stadium, you will have all your needs covered.
Our Official Stores are open on matchday when gates open two hours before kick-off and have a wide range of items for men, women and children. From replica kits to the matchday essentials of scarves and hats, there is something for everyone to take home as a souvenir.
Before each game we also host player signing sessions in the store, so keep an eye out for these on our website and social channels.

There are opportunities for you to get autographs or take selfies with your favourite players every matchday at The Stoop. You can find details of which players will be available in the South West Corner and Official Stores in the Plan Your Matchday section of quins.co.uk and the matchday squad will all leave via the Players’ Tunnel in the West Stand after the match and are always happy to sign autographs for their biggest fans.
Our Quinformation Point will be open in the South West Corner (to the left of the South Stand tunnel) at every match, so stop by with any questions you have and we’ll be happy to help.
Harlequins Head Of Operations Jen Motet will be available to answer questions any supporters may have in the King’s Bar (18:00-18:30) and the Honours Bar (18:45-19:15) before the match.
Our much-loved stewards, often recognised by supporters for their warm welcome and friendly attitude are on hand, should you need any help. Look out for them in their orange and yellow high visibility tabards if you need any help or would like to report anything.

If you need any help on the day or would like to report any anti-social behaviour and don’t feel comfortable approaching a steward, you can text us for assistance.
Text Quins, details of where you’re sitting and the issue you would like assistance with to 66777 and we will ensure stewards provide assistance as appropriate.
If you require first aid or medical assistance we have a designated first aid room under the Control Tower in the South West corner. Please notify a steward if you or anyone you are with needs medical attention and we will assist.
