Local Resident Information

More info

With the number of events and matchdays at an all-time high at The Stoop in recent times, we have set up a local resident programme for keeping in touch with residents in the surrounding area. We are extremely lucky to have one of the country’s best-known rugby stadiums located within our community and we want to build on the already strong relationship we have with you all.

What are Harlequins currently doing in the Community?

Community Rugby Camps
Our community team currently hold several rugby camps in the local vicinity each year in Feltham, Whitton, Twickenham, Richmond and Hampton and even go as far as Brighton. You can book your place here.

Local Community Events
We promote our seasonal Big Game fixture by attending local community and firework events in the local area. You will get the chance to meet some of our Harlequins senior squad as well as take part in activities with our mascots Harley and Charlie. If you would like Harlequins to attend one of your local community events, please email us here.

Resident Drop in Sessions
We also hold drop in sessions throughout the season for all members of the local community to come in and have a chat about any issues they feel need to be addressed. If you would like to attend a drop-in session, then please contact us by emailing us here.

Harlequins Foundation
Since its inception in 2015, the Harlequins Foundation has gone from strength to strength and is now proudly a significant influencer in the local community.

While delivering all Premiership Rugby initiatives, the Harlequins Foundation has implemented programmes include METTLE, a flagship Mental Health initiative, and Switch, a programme aimed at developing women and girl’s rugby. More information on the Harlequins Foundation can be found here.

Matchday and Event Stewarding
On event days, we ensure that our stewarding and security teams are responsive to residents’ needs. We have implemented an event day hotline phone number which is linked directly into the Stadium’s Control Tower. This number is for residents to call us and report any anti-social behaviour on match days. Please call: 0208 410 6040. Any relevant information resulting from these phone calls is passed into senior management decision-making processes to minimise any disruption to you all.

Key Contacts
For all resident enquiries regarding non-matchday enquiries including safety and security at The Stoop, please call the Stadium Security team on 07584 204 947. This phone is manned on weekdays between 06:30 and 21:00and between 09:00 and 18:00 on non-matchday weekends.

Ticket Forwarding and Ticket Resale

What if I can’t make a match?

We know that there are times when other commitments mean you have to miss out on certain matches, so why not make sure someone else can cheer the team on from your seat? You can email a ticket to a friend in a few easy steps with Ticket Forwarding or just as easily put your seat up for sale to be bought by another supporter (with 50 per cent of the sale price returned to you on eCash and 50 per cent donated to the Harlequins Foundation) using Ticket Resale.

You can take advantage of Ticket Forwarding and Ticket Resale by visiting the My Stoop area of the website, where you can also find a Step by Step Guide and FAQs.
